In order to secure all that is best in the education of your son/daughter, maximum co-operation between parents and school authorities is necessary. We earnestly recommend that the parents/guardians look into their ward’s diary everyday and see to it that the lesson and home work assigned for the next day are done. The children should be encouraged to cultivate neatness habitually and all slovenliness should be firmly disapproved of. Remarks made in the diary should be seen and countersigned regularly.
When you feel that your ward do not make the desired progress, the Principal should be contacted. Private tuitions are strongly discouraged. If there is real need of private tutor, arrange for one, after getting the permission from the Principal. Normally the class teacher will not be allowed to teach his/her students.
Criticism of student’s teacher of his/her school in his/her presence should be strictly avoided because it causes the student to lose his/her respect for the teacher. If you have legitimate complaint, see the principal.
As your ward advances in age, guide him/her to become resourceful and useful member of society. Encourage self help for work and study. He/She should be taught to keep his/her room tidy, make his/her own bed, polish his/her own shoes, carry his/her own bag etc. the formation of such habits early in the life inculcate in him/her idea of dignity of work, a fundamental personal virtue necessary for a successful career in life.
The parents/guardians are not permitted to take their ward from school during school hours with any excuse of marriage, function or due to illness. Such a permission can only be granted in case of sudden illness of the student during school hours or due to unavoidable circumstances.
Parents will restrict their ward for bringing mobile phones or any other gadgets with them in the school.
Parents are not allowed to make direct approach to class rooms or make telephonic conversation with teachers.
Monthly fee and other school charges are to be deposited by the parents in time as per schedule given to them at the time of admission or other wise penalty will be charged. As the medium of instructions in the school is English,
so student should be helped to follow their classes easily and intelligently by a certain amount of regular English conversation at home
